The ARMORUP Youth Training Camp is a purpose-built program designed to develop your athlete’s speed, strength, and confidence through elite-level training during their off season — while keeping it fun, motivating, and team-driven.

WHAT WE TRAIN
Speed and Agility
Learn how to run faster, change direction quickly, and move with control. We teach sprint mechanics, footwork drills, and reaction- based movement so you're quicker on the field or court.
Strength & Power
Build a strong, athletic body using safe, age-appropriate exercises. From squats to carries to jumps, you'll develop the kind of strength that helps you hit harder, jump higher, and stay injury-free.
Coordination & Confidence
Master movement patterns, balance, and body control while gaining the confidence to take on new challenges. Every drill builds both skill and mindset — because how you move matters just as much as how you think.

All classes run 9:00AM – 10:00AM (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
July - 9th, 11th, 14th, 16th, 18th, 21st, 23rd, 25th, 28th, 30th
August - 1st, 2nd (special 378 Games ArmorUp team on August 2nd)
